GLUE LAMINATED TIMBER
This aphorism by John Ruskin expresses, in the best way, the concept of architecture, meant as the effort required to realize structures with forms in harmony with physics laws. In our mind, a construction is beautiful only when respects the shapes suggested in nature, especially when building materials respects its shapes. The structural shape and the construction materials that complete the building are inextricably mixed: starting from a shape it must be reached a material choice, and vice versa, starting from the material it must be reached a structure that respect its peculiarity. Realize harmonious and beautiful buildings, choosing from time to time the most proper building material, is the challenge of our studio.
